Password Management

Password Information

You may receive two separate passwords for Canadian Cancer Trials Group systems.

The Member Password will provide access to resources such as the Canadian Cancer Trials Group web site, Mango system and other web based applications.
The EDC Password will provide access to the Medidata/Rave EDC system.

Please note that access to each system is based on your role, and possession of a Member Password does not guarantee access to all web based systems and web sites.

If you are failing to authenticate to a system or web site, please make sure you are using the correct password for that system, and that you are trying to access an appropriate resource.

Your Member Account User ID and EDC Account User Name will always be the same but your password may not be. You have tools to change one or both to match each other.

Member Account

Request New Member Account Accounts are requested through Ripple or Password Request Form.
Reset Member Password Use this utility if you don't know or have forgotten your member password, or are setting your password for the first time.
Change Member Password Use this if you need to update/change your current password.
Find My Member User ID Find your Member User ID if you don't know it or have forgotten it.

Medidata/Rave EDC Account

Reset EDC PIN Reset your PIN for your account. This is required to recover your password.
Recover My EDC Account Use this if you are locked out of your account or if you have forgotten your password.
